2014 will be the international year of Charlie Chaplin.

Charlie Chaplin is variously rumored to have performed in one of the vaudeville theaters here in Oil City
or, according to Mack Sennett's autobiography, to have signed the contract for his first film with Keystone Studios here.
The details are a little blurry, but it's a great excuse for a year of celebration honoring him!
