The 2007 Oil
Heritage Festival art show drew more than 1,200 visitors and boasted
approximately 318 entries in the adult show and the new children and
young-adult competition.
Pittsburgh-based artist and illustrator and Oil City native Phil Wilson
judged the show, naming the following winners:
