Pittsburgh Filmmaker Jill Wiggins wins People's Choice Award at Film Fest

Wiggins' winning films were "Don's Diner" and "A Thunderous Life." Second place went to Venango Catholic High School's film "History in Our Backyard" submitted by Judith Frost.
