ARTS DISTRICT MAP

The highlighted areas are the Arts District areas designated by First National Bank for 100% financing. They comprise the two commercial districts and adjacent residential neighborhoods on the North Side and South Side of Oil City. Most of the city is zoned R-2 and will accommodate live-work-gallery space. Properties outside the Arts District can be purchased with traditional 10% down mortgages.
